Were seven to eat there today at noon. Reserved the day before and asked if you have to pre-order Schäufele. "It is not necessary" was the answer. When we arrived there we had to find out that there is no Schäufele. : - / The food came 5 minutes after ordering. Lukewarm and obviously microwaved. It was tasty, but you can ask for a bit more for the prices.

This hiking-forest hut is great .. everything down to the last detail is determined because of corona .. everything runs smoothly ... the staff is friendly, nice and helpful .. the kitchen excellent .. was spanish action .. simply delicious ... from here hiking trails also cross .. optimal .. stop.

Very sobering, I think if you are out by bike or on foot, the location is sufficient but to go straight to eat, not recommended. Little choice of dishes, very, very simple and primitive dishes, ketchup & mayonnaise in a sealed bag. Service staff 1.5 hours before closing and despite still being well attended, asked whether they can already make an invoice without asking beforehand whether we would like anything else. Dirty tarpaulin roof that has dripped, beer garden not maintained. Summary: The location is very nice, but nothing more, much more could be made of it. What a shame...

Great location and the food on offer is delicious. But with the high prices, € 12.50 for a plate of salad, the bread should not be charged extra. There are no fries at lunchtime, which greatly limits the choice for children. Vegetarian dishes are also in short supply on the lunch menu. Why there is one dumpling with sauce, but two dumplings with sauce on a plate overwhelm "the system" is not understandable.

After 3 km of dusty forest road, finally at the destination. Beautifully located, in the middle of the forest, definitely worth the drive. A beer garden in the middle of the trees. Partly service, partly self-service with a changing weekly menu. Very tasty at normal prices.

Delicious meals. Good beer. The Frankish Silvaner also fit. Exceptionally beautiful. Great to switch off. Friendly service and modern rooms. Everything newly renovated. There is also a meeting room. I'll definitely be back.

Very unique location in the middle of the forest. Plenty of space, good food, slow service and the value for money is not quiet there. For such a place the prices should be reduced to make it fair. Great place to go and visit though.

Hidden in the middle of the forest, this is a hidden gem with a superb kitchen and great service! A proprietary beer brewed by Maisel and a focus on local products make this place a "must"! A great stop after a day if trekking or biking!

New renovated. Great food for a good price!
